Free Worldwide Shipping
Every Dollmode order ships free, anywhere in the world.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 6-12 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a tracking number as soon as it ships.

Delivery Time
Most orders arrive up to 30 days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to your location, carrier delays, customs, or busy periods.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link by email so you can follow your hoodie all the way to your door.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to fix it before it ships.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of shipping, or tracking hasn't updated in 12 days, contact us and we'll sort it out with a replacement or refund.
